The French Group Terresés Will Begin Construction on La Réserve in Comporta

The laying of La Réserve’s first stone, which will signal the beginning of construction on the Natural and SPA Resort, in Comporta, Carvalhal will happen on May 17.

The tourist development, which is located next to the village of Carvalhal, is being developed by the French Terresés Group.

With the start of operations scheduled for the summer of 2020, La Réserve will occupy 10 hectares of a preserved area by the dunes, and will have three different types of property available: a hotel-apartment with one- and two-bedroom apartments, with a sales price of 150,000 euros for a 60 m2 flat; three- to five-bedroom fisherman-style houses, with areas between 85 and 150 m2 and prices running between 297,000 and 550,000 euros; and, finally, 180 to 250 m2 villas, each with its own pool, on lots of land measuring between 1,000 and 2,000 m2, with prices ranging from 800,000 to 1.2 million euros.

Buyers may acquire the property as their principal residence; as a vacation home or as a secondary residence with the possibility of seasonal renting.

The Resort will also have a reception and concierge, swimming pool, spa, mini-market, restaurant and bar, playgrounds and children’s club.

La Réserve will be run by My Second Home and will employ about 30 employees. In the high season, the resort expects to receive more than 500 clients.
