STEVICA to Build New Residential Development in Jardins do Lumiar

STEVICA, a Geneva-based Portuguese real estate developer, is set to build a new real estate project in Lisbon. The development, Jardins do Lumiar, is made up of four buildings, with two 6-7 floor blocks each, with a total of 93 flats. The apartments have between one and four bedrooms, with areas ranging from 54 to 157.5 m2 and prices from 190,000 to 625,000 euros.
The new development is located near Calçada da Carriche, between the parishes of Lumiar and Santa Clara, on a 7,000 m2 plot of land.
The flats will have private parking and storage, 24-hour security, a playground and swimming pools, along with a 180 m2 gym.
