Ribeira Garden: 37 Luxury Flats Overlooking the Tagus in Lisbon

Another luxury development is going up in Lisbon, the Ribeira Garden on the Praça D. Luís, in Cais do Sodré – close to the Ribeira Market. The new development will boost the capital city’s supply of luxury flats by 37, with sizes ranging from one to four-bedrooms and areas between 62 and 226 square meters. Views of the Tagus river are guaranteed.
The project involves the renovation a of the building originally erected in the nineteenth century, JLL and Christie’s Porta da Frente explained in a statement. The two firms are together solely in charge of sales, which have just begun.
“Its location in one of the most profoundly regenerated areas of Lisbon, on the riverside, close to some of the city’s most iconic places and landmarks, as well as a wide range of cultural facilities and modern leisure spaces, are among this new project’s most compelling facets,” the document states.
According to the two companies, the Ribeira Garden will have five floors, and the apartments will have “elegant and modern lines.” The “classic façade characteristic of a historical, nineteenth-century building” will be refurbished, while the interior structure will be entirely new, providing “a contemporary style to the venture.”
