Promenade Development to Open on 24 de Julho

Avenida 24 de Julho, Lisbon, is undergoing a process of rehabilitation and renewal, considering the quantity of major real estate projects that are already in progress or ready to start. The Promenade, next to EDP’s new headquarters, is just the latest. Developed by AM | 48, the Promenade will offer its future residents an unrivalled location, spa, a fully equipped gym and swimming pool on the building’s terrace, overlooking the Tagus River.

The five-floor building will have a total of 40 apartments, four of which are penthouses. The Promenade stands out for its clean, modern and discrete architecture that includes all the amenities and facilities that a luxury venture should have.

All the Promenade’s apartments have private terraces, while those of the Penthouses have areas between 187 and 391 m2. The property will also provide six one-bedroom flats measuring between 69 and 83 m2, 12 two-bedroom (130-139 m2) and four three-bedroom flats (180-190 m2).

The four Penthouses have different sizes: a three-bedroom (with 206 m2 of private area), a 239-m2 four bedroom flat, a 286-m2 five-bedroom and, finally, a 448-m2 six-bedroom apartment with a 391 m2 terrace overlooking the Tagus. Prices for the flats have yet to be disclosed.

This week, AM | 48 signed a contract with Caria Construtoras to erect the Promenade building, and construction is expected to begin shortly. The developer Alejandro Martins, head of M | 48, is thus living up to the motto he bestowed on his company: create “Beyond the Obvious.”

AM | 48 recently developed and marketed the Opéra Lx and Fócus Lx developments. The Boulevard, at the Praça dos Restauradores, is also currently under construction.
