Phase II of L’Orangerie Fully Sold

9 January 2018

Phase II of the L’Orangerie venture in Vilamoura was sold in its entirety by the end of 2017.

Garvetur, which led the sales campaign, announced the news, finding buyers for the 32 units in about 13 months. The total sales of approximately 15 million euros include six detached villas, each with a private pool, 18 villas with private gardens and interior patios, and eight one- to three-bedroom apartments with views of the sea or the golf courses.

Reinaldo Teixeira, chairman of the board of Garvetur, believes that this venture was “an excellent opportunity,” since the timing was conducive to investment and the offering corresponds to the growing demand by the international market, “especially in the luxury segment.”

New exclusive projects in 2018

In 2017, Garvetur was also responsible for marketing the B16 Vila Sol complex, located next to the Pestana Vila Sol golf course, near Vilamoura, and has sold 40 of the 42 available units to date. Total sales, in this case, are valued at 12 million euros.

Garvetur is now starting 2018 with another exclusive project, “for which there is good demand from the markets,” Ana Abrantes, coordinator of Garvetur’s international sales department, explained in a statement.

After the Algarve, it is increasing its offerings in Lisbon, primarily in Cascais, Sintra, Tróia and Óbidos. Investment opportunities vary, including “rehabilitation projects, real estate for sale with up to 100% financing, or rental properties.”
