Omega Group to Invest €4.5 Million in the Casa Ferreirinha in Porto

16 January 2020 – The Omega Group will invest €4.5 million in the Casa Ferreirinha project in Foz Velha, Porto. The project involves the conversion of the former beach house of Antónia Ferreira, the 19th-century head of a port wine business, into a residential development.

The project will give rise to 23 one and two-bedroom flats. Additionally, construction is expected to take fifteen months. Casa Ferreirinha will maintain the architectural style of the former home, which was built in the 19th century.
