Lisbon and Faro Have the Highest Real Estate Costs in Portugal

A study by Imovirtual reported that Lisbon and Faro are the most expensive districts in Portugal. The average rental cost in the capital city stood at 1,782 euros in March, while the average sales price reached 620,828 euros. To the south, in Faro, prices have reached 1,316 euros and 497,735 euros, respectively.

Portalegre (295 euros) and Guarda (301 euros) have the least expensive rental costs, while Castelo Branco (115,364 euros) and Viseu (123,325 euros) had the lowest sales prices.
