Level Constellation Launches New Housing Project

17 October 2017

The building on 40 Avenida da República was acquired by Level Constellation and will give rise to a new housing project – the Classica. The project’s design fell to the architectural firm Frederico Valsassina Arquitectos’ and “will maintain the romantic memory of the building.” The new venture follows the company’ strategy of investing in renovations and high-quality products in Lisbon.

“The launch of Classica, which is expected to take place by the end of the year, has a particular meaning for us, as it is the first to be carried out in our second round of investments in Portugal,” Pedro Vicente, the company’s general manager in Portugal, related.

Located next to the Viscondes de Valmor Palace, the home of the Entrepreneurs Club, Classica will have 22 studio to two-bedrooms flats, with fireplaces, air conditioning, and fully equipped parking with electric car and bicycle chargers.

To date, Level Constellation has invested 70 million euros in the purchase of apartments for resale and urban renewal projects in Lisbon, having sold 100% of 27-flat Park Avenue on the Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca. Currently, the following projects are also nearing completion, the Ouro Grand, on the Rua do Ouro, which has 5000 square meters, and 57 residential and retail units, the off Liberdade on the Rua do Salitre, and the Classica, on the Avenida da República.

The project will be presented for the first time at the Lisbon Real Estate Exhibition (SIL), to be held between the 18th and 22nd of this month at FIL in Parque das Nações.
