Kronos Homes to Develop the Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf Resort in Lagos, Algarve

1 October 2019 – Kronos Homes announced that it would invest 250 million euros in the development of a resort with 460 residences and two hotels in Lagos, Algarve.

The company added that the beachside resort, called Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf, will consist of 103 villas and 357 flats, a golf course and two five-star hotels. RCR Arquitectes, whose founding trio won the 2017 Pritzker Prize for Architecture, designed the sustainable development, which is located between the Alvor estuary and the Lagos Bay.

One of the two hotels, which has 20 rooms, is already in operation. The second, currently under development, will have 152 rooms, a clubhouse and sports and leisure facilities. Palmares is forecast to have a construction density of 5.7% (of 200 hectares).
