Coporgest, a Lisbon-based real estate developer known for projects like the SottoMayor Residências, announced that it would invest a total €68MM in real estate developments in Portugal’s capital.

The first phase of the investment is currently underway, a luxury residential development called Duques de Bragança. The developer has already sold the 13 luxury flats, which resulted from the refurbishment of a former hotel, the Bragança, whose façade dates to the 16th century. The least expensive of the thirteen was a one-bedroom flat, which sold for 700,000 euros. The most expensive, the penthouse, went for six million. The building has a total of 5,144 square meters, spread out over five above-ground floors and four below ground. The street on which it stands, Victor Cordon, offers panoramic views of the Tagus River.

Coporgest is also currently developing the Liberty Premium Apartments, including ten new flats and a shop, largely aimed at the long-term rental market. The 2,344 m2 property is the focus of a total investment of 6 million euros.

The developer’s other two investments consist of the Álvares Cabral, a 6,200 m2 project and an investment of 20 million euros and the SottoMayor Premium Apartments, for 24 million euros.
