Brisk Sales at Quinta do Lago’s Reserva

6 September 2018

Even with prices exceeding two million euros, 17 of the 26 apartments in Reserva, the new condominium at Quinta do Lago in the Algarve, have already been sold.

Overlooking the Ria Formosa and the lake at Quinta do Lago, the name Reserva stems from the 44,479-hectare Ria Formosa nature reserve, one of Portugal’s Seven Natural Wonders. “No other place in Europe enjoys its exclusive seafront location, overlooking the lake, the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. The Reserva’s apartments meet the needs of Quinta’s new generation of buyers – the demand for these homes already speaks for itself, many of them have been sold,” said Jamie Robinson, Director of Real Estate at Quinta do Lago.

With prices starting at 2 million euros, the development consists of 26 luxury apartments in two formats: Garden Residence and Penthouse, all with private pools and large gardens or terraces.

The flats are modernist in design, where glass, white and natural stone meld with the surrounding environment. The Garden Residences and Penthouses feature individual heated pools with flexible 3+1 room configurations, developed around clear, open living areas that naturally lead to outdoor areas.

“We created minimalist and clean lines that are intended to work in harmony with the landscape. Keeping in mind Quinta’s contemporary lifestyle, we used natural materials, free spaces and interior/exterior elements,” the Portuguese architect João Cabrita said.

Sean Moriarty, CEO of Quinta do Lago, believes that “the Reserva is truly something special, the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful changes of season in the Ria Formosa. Besides the unparalleled location, design and comfort, attention to detail was our prime focus.  We want residents and visitors to enjoy continual service, so they can freely immerse themselves in the Quinta lifestyle.”

All residents of the development will have exclusive access to the Residents’ Club, located next to the lake and overlooking the Ria Formosa.

Pure Allure Interior, a Dutch design studio in the Algarve, was in charge of the flats’ interiors, installing Villeroy & Boch bathrooms, Bulthaup and Gaggenau kitchens and Bose multi-room sound systems throughout. “In this sublime location, we opted for clean modernist lines, a minimalist palette and luxury finishes – allowing the mind and soul to rest and rejuvenate,” says Esther of Pure Allure Interior.
