AFA Group Invests in Luxury Real Estate Market on Madeira

The AFA Group is initiating investments in the luxury real estate sector in Madeira, including a 21-apartment development called The Savoy Residence / Casa Branca, in Ajuda, according to a report in Funchal Notícias.

The asset, on Rua João Paulo II, next to the four-star Hotel Savoy Gardens, is associated with a real estate project that is aiming to introduce a new style of housing on Madeira.

RH + Arquitectos designed the apartments to include one to five-bedroom flats, over an area of 3,000 m2, along with 968 m2 for gardens. The development will also include 40 covered parking spaces for residents.
