Work on Comporta Tower to Begin in December
10 November 2020 – Work on the Comporta megaproject, under development by Vanguard Properties, is set to start at the beginning of December. The initial phase will include infrastructure works on the 365 hectares of land.
The Tower will be a mixed-use development valued at €850 million. The site will have hospitality, residential, cultural and sports components. Vanguard plans to build various facilities, including 245 housing plots, three tourist resorts, two hotels and two aparthotels. The work will be completed over two years. The construction contract will be worth approximately 30 million euros.
