Vogue-Homes to Convert Former Faculdade Moderna in Lisbon into Housing Complex

7 October 2020 – Vogue-Homes will redevelop the former Faculdade Moderna, which is located in Belém, Lisbon, into a 47-flat housing complex. The firm plans to invest approximately 27 million euros in what currently called the Bom Sucesso housing project.

The developer intends to rebuild a set of four historic buildings, where the Convent of Nossa Senhora do Bom Sucesso was once housed. The complex, designed by Miguel Saraiva Associados, has a total surface area of 11,000 m2 and will consist of 47 flats, with up to four bedrooms. The condominium will also include patios, terraces and gardens.
