Vilamoura World to Launch Two New Projects at MIPIM

The Vilamoura World Group, a world-class developer, will be at the MIPIM, the most significant real estate fair in the world, in Cannes, France where it will officially launch two new projects, Uptown and Central.
The fair, which opens today and runs until Sunday, will be the stage for the group to present news regarding the Vilamoura Lakes and the Vilamoura Marina.
Sales of the first phase of Uptown begins in April with 136 two-, three-, and four-bedroom residential units, which are expected to be delivered at the beginning of 2020. The houses were designed by Jacques Ferrier.
The Central Vilamoura, a closed condominium with 80 modern homes, is located in the heart of Vilamoura and will also start sales in April. The development has a privileged location, close to the marina, the beach, golf courses and tennis courts, as well as various services. This residential development was designed by the atelier of the architects Petraccone & Vodar.
In addition to the new projects, Vilamoura World will announce the addition of more gastronomic services and a specific area for maritime tourism for the marina. These two new projects are expected to be completed soon.
Vilamoura Lakes, formerly known as Cidade Lacustre and recognized as a PIN (Project with Potential National Interest), will be restructured and the group will also announce new projects for the venture.
