VIC Properties Continues Work on Prata Riverside

1 May 2020 – VIC Properties, a residential real estate developer, began work on an additional three buildings in its Prata Riverside Village project in Lisbon, which was designed by the Italian architect Renzo Piano. In this phase, the developer plans to build a total of 172 flats, ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes. VIC added that construction is expected to finish sometime next year.

The developer also stated that the development’s second building, which consists of 40 apartments, would be ready before the end of 2020. Several stores are also expected to open this year.
