Urban Rehabilitation Grows 24.1% in the Second Quarter

Activity in the Urban Rehabilitation segment increased by 24.1% y-o-y in June.
According to AICCOPN’s (the Portuguese Association of Industrial Construction and Public Works) Urban Rehabilitation Barometer, which measures planned works, numbers are showing very significant growth in the period under analysis, with an increase of 46.8%, compared to same quarter last year.
The Contracted Production in months, ie the guaranteed working time at a normal production rate, stood at 7.4 months, which, despite a decrease compared to the previous month, translates an increase of 17.1 % in year-on-year terms.
