Terrésens Builds ‘La Réserve’ in Comporta
9 March 2020 – The French group Terrésens is building the La Réserve development in the municipality of Grândola. Located a few kilometers from the beaches of Pego and Carvalhal, the 10-hectare site will become the home of a new closed condominium with 24 luxury villas, 82 ‘village houses,’ and 56 apartments. Each villa has a private pool and jacuzzi, as well as an ample garden. Prices start at 731,000 euros.
The village houses, which were inspired by the village homes that are typical to the region, consist of three-to-five bedroom houses, some with private gardens, and others with a rooftop pool. The apartments have areas ranging from 91 to 180 m2, with prices starting at 310,000 euros.
The condominium will also include 56 furnished and fully equipped two-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at 230,000 euros.
