Sales of Valrio Terrace Apartments Brisk Despite Pandemic
21 April 2020 – Habitat Invest and Solyd Property Developers announced that they are launching the second phase of their Valrio Terrace Apartments project. The development, located on Avenida de Berlin, near Parque das Nações in Lisbon, consists of 55 one- to four-bedroom apartments.
The developers expect to achieve the same level of take-up they experienced in the first phase despite the effects of the pandemic. In just one week of sales, 75% of the new flats were already reserved.
The Valrio Terrace Apartments project as a whole comprises two buildings, designed by the Atelier Saraiva + Associados, with a total of 155 flats.
