Rodrigo da Fonseca 40 Brings (Another) 16 Luxury Homes to Lisbon

The new residential building Rodrigo da Fonseca 40, is located next to the Marquês de Pombal and near Liberdade Avenue, in the heart of Lisbon. The refurbished building comprises 16 apartments, including studios and two- and three-bedroom flats, with areas between 36 and 205 square meters (m2).
The developer, EMGI, stated that the building joins “a range of characteristics that make it one of the most desirable buildings for people who wish to stay in the city centre,” the consulting firm JLL stated, which is in charge of marketing the 16 flats.
According to the developer, “[Rodrigo da Fonseca 40 stand out] for its contemporary architecture, the high standards of quality of its apartments and its unique features, such as its large balconies and private parking for each apartment. One of the flats has a private garden and swimming pool.”
