Rents Rise by 3.9% During the Last Quarter of 2018

According to Confidencial Imobiliário, household income on mainland Portugal increased by 3.9% in the last quarter of 2018, compared to the previous quarter, reversing what had been a downward trend.

Since their low in early 2014, rents have rebounded by 34%, having fallen by about 13% in the previous four years.
