Reify to Build UMAY Boutique Resort in Melides

Umay is a sustainable boutique resort surrounded by the idyllic natural landscape of Melides on the Alentejo coast.
The project opts for an eco-conscious architecture designed by the architect Vasco Vieira. The property occupies a total area of 20 hectares. UMAY Boutique Resort is expected to be a high-quality development requiring a solid, structured and integrated development process. Reify, Sierra’s new brand, specializes in architecture, engineering, project and construction management, intelligence and licensing.
With a capacity for 200 guests, the new facility is strongly focused on services and activities dedicated to well-being and personal development, offering three different accommodation possibilities: 28 hotel rooms, 21 treehouses, and ten private villas.
