Real Estate Management Funds in the Spotlight Last Month

As expected, Interfundos once again ranked as the management company with the highest level of real estate assets under management (€1.5715 billion), followed by GNB Asset Management (€1.3867 billion) and Fundger (€1.1251 billion euros), according to a report by the Portuguese Association of Investment, Pension and Property Funds. However, other management companies also managed to stand out during September.
Popular Asset Management recorded the highest growth in percentage terms, with 9.1%, corresponding to one million euros, despite having a market share of only 0.1% (as opposed to 15.2%, 14.5% and 10.3% respectively, for Interfundos, GNB Asset Management and Fundger). However, BPI Gestão de Activos saw the largest increase in absolute terms during September, with an increase in assets under management of 19.3 million euros.
Looking at the global picture since the beginning of the year, LYNX Asset Managers recorded the highest percentage growth, at 25.8% (15.3 million euros), with Interfundos accounting for the highest growth in absolute terms, growing by 107.1 million euros (8.1%).
