RAR Imobiliária Starts Construction of Novo Parque in Matosinhos

RAR Imobiliária is scheduled to begin the construction of its new residential development by the end of this month. The developer is investing in a new concept of disruptive flats, with the latest design and decorative solutions.
Investment in this project, located in Matosinhos Sul, near Parque da Cidade, is expected to reach approximately 25 million euros, with 26 months to complete. The project is set in a far-reaching natural environment, close to the beach and the City Park, the largest area of greenery in Porto.
The new development, located next to the Edifício do Parque, comprises 73 one-to-four-bedroom flats in two buildings. The apartments have areas ranging from 81 and 266 m2, with terraces measuring between 9 and 15 m2.
Prices start at 250,000 euros and top out at €870,000, depending on the flats’ sizes and specific characteristics. José António Teixeira, president of RAR Imobiliária, Idealista/news in an interview that there are already “14 flats with signed Contractual Sales Contracts (CPCV).”
