Portugal Had the Fourth-Highest Housing Price Increases in the EU

8 October 2019 – Portugal posted the fourth-highest increase in housing prices in the European Union. The 10.1% increase in prices in the second quarter of the year was only behind the price rises in Hungary (14%), Luxembourg (11.4%) and Croatia (10.4%), Eurostat announced.

The average for the EU stood at 4.2%.
