Pestana Builds 56-Flat Condo in the Azores

25 May 2020 – The Pestana Group has invested ten million euros in the development and construction of a new private condominium in the Azores. Half of the 56 flats in the “Coliseu Residences” have already been sold, mainly to locals and those sales have already covered much of the firm’s initial investment.

The development, on Rua de Lisboa in the historical centre of Ponta Delgada, is Pestana’s first residential project on the archipelago, where it already has the Pestana Bahia Praia. The C-shaped private condominium consists of three buildings with a total of 56 apartments – 46 two-bedroom, four three-bedroom and six four-bedroom flats – with areas between 97 and 145 square meters.
