Paula Amorim and Vanguard Properties Finalise Acquisition of Herdade da Comporta

21 November 2019 – The consortium formed by Paula Amorim and Vanguard Properties finalised its acquisition of Herdade da Comporta. Gesfimo sold the assets,  from Gesfimo, after the signing of the deed for the acquisition for the assets, called Comporta Dunes and Comporta Links, for 157.526 million euros. The property has a total of approximately 1,380 hectares of buildable area and forests.

The consortium announced that it would invest more than €1 billion in Comporta within 10 to 15 years. The two firms plan to initially invest €300 million with the first five years, including new hotels and residential developments.
