No. 9: JLL Begins Sales of Flats in Areeiro
6 May 2020 – Despite the pandemic and the lockdown, the Portuguese real estate market is showing some signs of life. JLL has begun sales of flats in a new development going up in the centre of Lisbon, near the Fernando Pessa park in Areeiro, Lisbon. The new apartment building, located at 9 Avenida Madrid, in the upscale area of Avenida Roma.
The development, called Nº9, consists of 17 flats, ranging from studios to a six-bedroom duplex. The homes have areas ranging between 37 and 187 square meters, with prices starting from 225,000 euros. All of the apartments have ample terraces and the upper floors and excellent views over the city.
