New Luxury Apartment Building to Open in Amoreiras

Neworld, owned by the influential South African property developer, John Rabie, the Swiss GMG Real Estate and Skybound Capital are building LX Living, a new development designed by the architectural studio Saraiva + Associados. LX Living, which cost 87.5 million euros, is located in an upscale neighbourhood of Lisbon and will have seven floors and 151 flats, consisting of sizes ranging from studios to four-bedrooms. The building will also gave an indoor plaza, two swimming pools, gym, spa, a green rooftop deck and two restaurants.
