Montepio Inaugurates Student Residence in Évora

2 November 2018

The Montepio U network, a subsidiary of the Montepio Mutualist Association, inaugurated a new student residence with eight rooms and a total of 14 beds in a historic building on the Praça do Giraldo. With an average price of fewer than 400 euros per month, rents vary depending on the size and characteristics of the rooms.

Montepio U Live, which has a total supply of 200 rooms in prime areas of several cities, is a project that the network developed with the “objective of meeting the needs of the young university students, associates of the Montepio Mutualist Association, although not exclusively, offering quality accommodation in the centre of major cities, at an adjusted price,” Paulo Magalhães, the manager of the project, explained in a statement.

The Montepio U Live residences offer various types of accommodations, whether individual or shared, with free wi-fi, living rooms and studies, kitchens, laundry, and other amenities.
