Mexto to Build O’Living Apartment Tower in Lisbon

3 June 2020 – Mexto, which specialises in luxury residential developments, is in the process of investing in a new project, O’Living, a future apartment tower in the Olivais area of Lisbon. The developer has already acquired the land for the tower, which will feature 86 one-to-three-bedroom flats with sizes ranging from 70 to 180 m², with allocated parking.

The new building, which was designed by the architect Miguel Saraiva, will also have up to five stores on the ground floor, with areas between 97 and 198 m². Mexto stated that the project is aimed at the lack of supply of homes for the Portuguese and that construction of the project will use local suppliers to the fullest extent possible.
