Marechal 720: Another New Private Condo Goes Up in Foz do Porto

Vogue Homes is building its latest development, Marechal 720, the latest private condo in the Porto area. The 14-home building is located in the heart of Foz do Porto, next to the Douro.
On Avenida Marechal Gomes da Costa, which connects Boavista to Foz and has some of the best schools in Porto, Marechal 720 will have exclusive townhouses with sizes ranging from a two-bedroom (+1) triplex to a four-bedroom triplex, all with areas between 379 and 656 m².
Prospective residents will be able to choose between the Casa Jardim, Casa Patio and the Casa Piscina, some of which have a private pool. Prices start at 850,000 euros.
Sales of the units have already begun, in a joint mandate led by JLL and Roquette Leitão & Associados.
