Majestic Residence: the Latest Development in Lisbon’s Alto dos Moinhos
20 December 2020 – The Portuguese capital’s latest residential development, the Majestic Residence, is a private condominium with flats ranging in size between one-to-five bedrooms. Most of the apartments have spacious terraces, as well as rooftop terraces for some, along with private gardens for the ground-floor homes. There are also large interior areas and surrounding gardens for the use of the condominium’s future residents.
Lusipark Gestão e Promoção Imobiliária developed the project, Constarte Construções built the condo designed by Miguel Esteves Arquitectos, while Century 21 is in charge of sales. Majestic Residence also has private parking for every apartment, with spaces for cars and bicycles, a car loading station per flat, and storage.
According to Ricardo Sousa, the CEO of Century 21 Portugal, “this development is an excellent opportunity for families to enjoy a neighbourhood in the capital, proving that it is possible to maintain a balance between needed housing requirements and the building’s ecological environment.”
