Living Saldanha: A New Residential Development in Lisbon’s Avenidas Novas

A new residential development, called Living Saldanha, is currently under construction in the neighbourhood of Avenidas Novas in Lisbon. The building, which is located near to the Marquês de Pombal will consist of 30 one to four-bedroom flats, with areas ranging from 52 to 202 m2. Every flat comes complete with a balcony or terrace, a parking space and storeroom.JLL

The new building on Rua Pinheiro Chagas has a contemporary architecture. JLL has an exclusive mandate to sell the flats.
