L’and Of Alandroal Has Projects in Alentejo And Cascais

L’and of Alandroal, a five-star rural tourism hotel located in the Alandroal region of Alentejo, is set to open at the end of this year. The development, located in the old Herdade das Parreiras, has 20 hectares and will focus on the High-End Gay segment.

L’and of Alandroal, Ltd. explained to Publituris that the tourism project envisions of total 24 suites, twelve of which will have mezzanines, with capacity for 48 people. The hotel will also have a reception area with a reading room; a dining area with a restaurant, bar and sitting area, a gourmet wine cellar, a covered pergola and vegetable garden; outdoor pool with bar; and a spa, with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, treatment rooms, jacuzzi, gym, Turkish bath and sauna.

It is “a new lifestyle and leisure concept, located within the unique beauty of the Alentejo’s mountains, with a regionally-inspired, but modern architecture. The Portuguese designers Nuno Gama and António Lages also participated”, the company explained. The existence of another project was also revealed, this time in the municipality of Cascais.

It should be noted that these projects are in no way related to the L’AND Resorts brand.
