Kronos Homes Completes Works on the Amendoeira Golf Resort
23 October 2020 – Kronos Homes announced that it had completed work on the Amendoeira Golf Resort in Alcantarilha, near Silves, Algarve. The four-star residential-tourist resort gained a new Clubhouse, reception, restaurant and sports bar.
The Amendoeira Golf Resort has fully furnished properties on sale, including two-bedroom and 2+1-bedroom flats, 3-bedroom detached villas, each with a private pool, and larger 4-bedroom villas with extensive gardens and private pools.
The real estate developer added that demand had increased this year, in line with a generalised flight from larger cities due to the coronavirus pandemic. Sales, principally of the larger homes with private pools and gardens have significantly increased in 2020, exceeding last year’s total by 80%.International buyers mainly include British, French, Swedish and Canadian families.
