Interest Rates on Residential Mortgages Rose in July

25 August 2020 – Interest rates on residential mortgages rose slightly last month overall to 0.950%, an increase of 1.8 basis points over June.

For contracts signed over the last three months, the interest rate also rose: from 0.900% in June to 0.969% in July, according to data released this Thursday by the National Statistics Institute (INE).
