Housing Price Growth Moderates in Lisbon

11 February 2020 – Housing prices in Portugal continued their upward trend at the end of 2019, though that growth was largely powered by regions outside of Lisbon. Lisbon, which has pulled the rest of the country in its wake over the last few years, price growth reached 9%. That figure is considerable, though less so when compared to last year’s growth of 19%, according to data from Confidencial Imobiliário.
