Half of Flats Reserved in First phase of Distrikt Project

19 April 2021 – Ana Custódio

Fifty per cent of the flats in the first stage of the new development at Parque das Nações have already been reserved.

The Distrikt project, four buildings with 219 flats and stores, has already managed to sign about 40 contracts for the first flats. The sales office and showroom have already opened 20 metres away from the exclusive development site, and the architectural plans have recently been approved.

Kronos’ residential development brand, Kronos Homes, has already signed contracts for the sale of 40 of the first 81 flats at Distrikt, the new development under construction in Parque das Nações. Eighty per cent of the retail spaces have also been reserved. Distrikt is one of the last opportunities to buy a new house in Parque das Nações where the construction of residential projects is practically finished, and there is no more land available.

In total, the development will have 219 flats in four 14-floor buildings, with sizes ranging from one to four bedrooms. The towers will have a central common area, including gardens and two swimming pools, for exclusive use by future residents. The 81 flats are part of the first building under construction in this sustainable and innovative condominium.

The project represents another bet by Kronos Homes on Portugal and Lisbon. The development, whose total cost will exceed 120 million euros, will boast a distinctive design by Morph Studio and Bak Gordon.

Located five minutes away from the airport and one of the largest shopping centres in the capital, Distrikt also has parks and gardens in the surrounding area, walkways by the Tagus River and a wide range of cultural, medical and educational services. The development will stand out for its bold features and concern for sustainable urbanism, both inside and outside the building.

Kronos Homes owns two residential tourism projects in the Algarve, Palmares Ocean Living & Golf, in Lagos, Amendoeira Golf Resort, in Silves, and this first project in Lisbon. According to a statement by the company, it will soon announce two more new projects in the capital.
