20 May 2020 – The Portuguese developer Habitat Invest is converting a 9-floor office building from the 1980s into Linea Residences, a 36-flat residential development. The project for the property, located at 5 de Outubro, in Campo Pequeno, Lisbon, was designed by André Caiado at Contacto Atlântico.
The new development will have apartments with from one to four-bedrooms. The two top-floor penthouses will include private terraces and swimming pools. Another two three-bedroom flats will resemble houses in the city centre, with terraces, gardens, private swimming pools and independent access to the garage.
Linea Residences will also benefit from a gym, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, changing rooms and gardens.
