Grupo Onires & Torrestir Invest in the Páteo Quinta de Quires Residential Development

18 September 2020 –The Onires group, owned by Manuel Rodrigues de Sá Serino and the Rodrigues family, along with the transport and logistics firm Torrestir, will invest more than 18 million euros in finalising the Páteo Quinta de Quires housing development in the municipality of Maia. The two companies recently acquired the unfinished real estate project and intend to market the 132 new flats to the middle class in the Greater Porto region.

The residential development consists of 10 buildings, with construction focusing on the completion of infrastructure, common areas and finishes. The first flats will be completed in the last quarter of 2020. The homes have two- to four-bedrooms, with prices starting at 200,000 euros.
