16 November 2017

On the highest hill in Lisbon, in the emblematic neighbourhood of Graça, a new residential project is under development. The neighbourhood is replete with history and tradition, where the quaint Electric 28 tram continues to pass by, and will now be the home of the Graça Residences project. 46 new luxury apartments are being developed, ranging from one- to four-bedroom homes.

Located in an archetypical neighbourhood of Lisbon, the Graça Residences consists of a set of four buildings, with four, five and six floors. The development offers 46 one- to four-bedroom duplex apartments with large areas ranging from 51 to 201 square meters (sqm), graced with balconies, terraces and private gardens, as well as an extensive shared garden area and 60 parking spots.

“An authentic design”

“This is a top-quality development set in an ideal area of Lisbon, where you can enjoy the magical atmosphere of a typical neighbourhood on the highest hill in Lisbon. It is a real treasure,” Rafael Ascenso, director general of Front Door / Christie’s, stated. The company is in charge of marketing the project along with Castelhana – Lisbon Real Estate, both chosen by Estoril Real Estate.

“Graça Residences is undoubtedly an unparalleled investment opportunity that updates the residential profile of this historic and charismatic part of Lisbon. The private condominium combines comfort, elegance, tradition and modernity, with outdoor spaces with magnificent views over the city, ” Patricia Climaco, a partner at Castelhana, added.

Tiago Belo, from Estoril Real Estate, considers that the development values maximum comfort and tranquillity in a neighbourhood with history and tradition and adds that it was “designed by the prestigious architect Frederico Valsassina.”
