Fortera Begins Work on “Espinho One”

Fortera Properties began work today on its “Espinho One” project in the city of… Espinho, where it will construct 38 one- to four-bedroom, prime flats with views of the ocean, in a total investment estimated at eight million euros.
JRCP Arquitectos, a studio based in Espinho, is responsible for the project, which “seeks to combine a concept of luxury with very competitive prices,” the company announced in a statement, adding that it expects to complete construction by June 2020.
Fortera Properties – an Israeli-owned company founded in 2015 by Nir Shalom and Elad Dror – will also move ahead with a second project – Espinho Aqua – in the municipality. The development will comprise another 14 luxury units, in an investment that should exceed 2.6 million euros.
