The luxury real estate company will launch the nine projects by the end of 2022.
Fercopor is growing its project portfolio, worth 190 million euros, with two projects under construction and another seven to enter the marketing phase between 2021 and 2022. The two larger bets involve more than 200 luxury homes and a 17-storey office building on Avenida da Boavista, Porto, and Vila do Conde.
The luxury real estate company is going through a new phase of investments. The focus of the company’s attention is on two prime locations, which allow their respective projects to stand out, besides following the history of the real estate company itself.
At Rua António Bessa Leite, next to Avenida da Boavista, in Porto, the construction of Soul is underway, a luxury housing development with 30 flats and will be followed, still this year, by the sale of another with 19 homes designed by the architect José Carlos Cruz. By 2022, another two housing developments will join the portfolio. The last project to start on the Avenida will be a 17,500 m2, 17-floor office building designed by architect Manuel Aires Mateus.
According to a statement, “In Vila do Conde, the home town of the Ferreira da Costa family, founder of Fercopor, the construction of VC Parque is being concluded, with all 34 flats in two buildings already sold. Also on Avenida Júlio Graça, the main thoroughfare in Vila do Conde, sales of the Casa Verde development will begin soon, which involved the rehabilitation of a classic building. A third development with eight units is planned for this year.
This way, the company is developing more than 200 new homes while inaugurating the real estate company’s operations in Lisbon. The year 2022 will be defined by the increasing sales of its first development in the capital, located in one of its best neighbourhoods, next to Marquês de Pombal and overlooking Parque Eduardo VII.
