Estoril To Host Major Foreign Real Estate Investment Event Next Week

Lisbon is increasingly becoming a destination for real estate investments on the Iberian peninsula, alongside such cities as Barcelona and Madrid. The first day of the Portugal Real Estate Summit, which will take place next week, will highlight opportunities in the Portuguese capital. It is the event’s second edition and is organised by Iberian.Property. The event will take place at the Hotel Palácio Estoril on September 19 and 20. The organisation expects around 300 participants.
Some of the highlights of the discussion are expected to focus on the strengths and biggest challenges of the Portuguese market. Iberian.Property announced that renowned professionals such as Hugo Moreira, Managing Director of Värde, Daniel Gálvez, Head of Iberian Real Estate for Deutsche AM, Antonio Roncero, Head of Iberian Transactions for CBRE GI, and Javier Román, Portugal Business Manager for Altamira AM, will take part in the symposium.
The debate will be preceded by a presentation on Portugal’s general economic health, with keynote speaker João Duque, professor, economist and Conference Chairman, Axel Bugge, Chief Correspondent of Thomson Reuters and Bernardo Trindade, Chairman of Portugal In, taking part.
