DLA Piper advised Corum Asset Management in a transaction between Corum XL and TREI Real Estate Portugal Ltd, regarding two properties in Sesimbra.

DLA Piper advised Corum Asset Management in a transaction between Corum XL (French real estate investment company) and TREI Real Estate Portugal Ltd, regarding two properties in Sesimbra and Alcochete (Pingo Doce is the lessee in both), in a deal valued at 5.5 million euros.

Through its branch in Portugal, Corum XL purchased two properties from TREI Real Estate Portugal Lda, one in Sesimbra and another in Alcochete.

The international real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield advised Trei Real Estate Portugal, taking on a supervisory role in the transaction.

TREI Real Estate is a German real estate company based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, and which operates in four other locations in Europe and the USA. The company is responsible for project development and commercial property management.

The DLA Piper team was led by a partner in the firm, Luís Filipe Carvalho, and included Paulo Anjo (senior associate) and João Neves de Sousa (associate).
