Cooper Residence: a New Luxury Residential Development in Vila Nova de Gaia

24 October 2019 – A developer in Vila Nova de Gaia is converting a former wine industry warehouse in the city’s historic area into a new luxury residential development, called the Cooper Residence.

The Cooper Residence will have a total of 23 flats, ranging from studios to three-bedroom duplexes with between 42 and 168 square meters of surface area. The real estate consultant Quintela e Penalva is marketing the development.

The completion of the €6-million project is forecast for the third quarter of 2021.
