Construction Costs Moderate in February

14 April 2020 – The yearly increase in residential construction costs moderated to 2.2% y-o-y in February, a fall of 0.4% compared to the previous month, according to INE’s New Housing Construction Costs Index (ICCHN).

Material costs also fell by 0.4%, compared with a 0.2% increase during the month before, while labour costs rose by 5.9% in February.
