Civilria Builds New Tourist Flats in Aveiro in a €5-million Investment

21 September 2019 – Civilria has renovated the Avenida 60 building, located at Av. Lourenço Peixinho, in the centre of Aveiro, in an approximately €5-million investment. The new short-term housing development, managed by Civilria’s subsidiary INN Apartments, consists of 40 flats.

The homes mainly consist of one-bedroom flats, along with five studios. Avenida 60 faces the Ria canal and Forum Aveiro shopping centre.
