Brazilian Firm to Build Reserva Real Condo Near to Sintra

26 May 2020 In the heart of Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, just northwest of Lisbon, in the small town of Nafarros, the Brazilian developer Real Estate Allocation plans to invest ten million euros to build a sort of mini-California. Set amid a pine forest, the future private condominium, called Reserva Real, will consist of twenty properties on streets lined with palm trees.

The developer intends to begin construction in the coming weeks and buyers have already reserved four plots of land through SilFiducia, a subsidiary of the SIL Group.

The develop includes 20 plots of land with areas between 642 and 1,550 square meters. Buyers can choose between just buying the plot of land and building their own home, or buying the land with the house included.

Buyers who don’t want to build their own home can choose a home with three to five bedrooms, and areas between 182 and 354 square meters. The homes, designed by the architect Fabiano Hayasaki, will all have two floors, an outdoor pool and parking. The plots of land run from 145,000 euros (666 m2) to 337,000 euros (1,550 m2). Plots with houses start at 567,000 euros (a 183-m2 four-bed home) and go up to €1.09 million (a 235-m2 four-bed home).
